The data controller is Podest Design, contact: +373 689 23 777 (phone, WhatsApp, Viber). Full registration details of the operator (legal form, company ID, registered address) are set by the business owner — if you need them for an official document, please request them at the number above.
What data we collect
This site has no forms that send data to a server: the ceiling configurator calculates area, finish and an indicative price entirely in your browser, without sending anything to Podest Design or any third party.
Your details (name, phone, project information) reach us only when you choose to send them — through the prepared WhatsApp or Viber message, which you see and confirm yourself before sending.
Cookies
Without your consent, this site sets no cookies at all. The bar shown on your first visit lets you choose the "Analytics" and "Advertising" categories separately; your choice is stored only locally, in your browser (localStorage), is not a cookie, and never leaves your device.
The "Analytics" category turns on Google Analytics (Google LLC) — it collects aggregated, anonymised data about visits: pages viewed, session duration, device type, and an approximate location (country/city, not an exact address). The script only loads after you choose "Accept all" or check "Analytics" in Settings — before that, your browser exchanges no data with Google at all. The "Advertising" category (advertising cookies/pixels, e.g. Meta, Google Ads) is reserved for a future date — no tool from this category is connected on the site yet, regardless of your choice.
WhatsApp and Viber
Tapping WhatsApp or Viber takes you off this site and into that app. The message is sent only after you confirm it there, and is subsequently processed under the privacy policies of Meta (WhatsApp) or Rakuten Viber — Podest Design does not control those policies.
Hosting
The site is hosted on the Cloudflare network, which may process technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks — a legitimate security interest shared by any hosting provider, unrelated to advertising tracking.
Legal basis and purpose
The configurator and the prepared WhatsApp/Viber message serve only the purpose you use them for yourself — getting a quote for a stretch ceiling, at your own request. We do not use your data for any other purpose and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with Moldova’s National Center for Personal Data Protection (datepersonale.md).
